Welcome to ARC Fitness’ second, first blog post (I recreated my web page)! My company is up and running and now I am getting our blog up and running, as well.


I started ARC Fitness because I want to teach people how to have a sustainable, active and healthy lifestyle (while still finding the time to have a good beer or burger). My main goal for the athletes I work with is to look, feel, and overall, be awesome.


My reasons for starting my blog are to give you guys the best possible fitness and nutrition information I can find. And this will be information that is true and actionable.


There is so much information out on the web right now saying that you need their equipment, supplements, food, exercises, or gimmicks to be healthy. In case you are wondering this isn’t true…


Honestly, you don’t even need a gym membership to stay active and healthy (it’s not bad TO have one).


So, if you are interested in finding out more about being healthy, and doing it without purchasing “The Perfect Pushup” or a getting a CrossFit  membership, then watch for more posts from me.


Keep an eye out because I am building my first FREE eprogram, this is going to be a 6 week body weight program. This is something you will be able to do from home, on vacation, in a hotel room or when you are in front of the TV (I’m truly doing this because I don’t want you to miss Game of Thrones…).

First actionable, action to act on: Walk 20 minutes every single day, clients of mine that have done this have lost considerably more weight than those who didn’t. BTW this really helps with recovery from those Beast Mode workouts you are doing.
