GFA 30 Day Challenge: Day 5

Day 5Hey There,

You’ve made it to day 5!

Hopefully you’re not too sore after yesterday’s repetitions challenge. And if you are the good news is that a good warm up and some conditioning work is GREAT for recovery.

Well now you know, today’s challenge is to do a little bit of conditioning work. Conditioning is EASILY one the BEST ways to drop body fat and lean out quickly, especially when conditioning is ADDED to a good strength training program.

Anyway, let’s get right to work and get our Conditioning Challenge done for today.

As always, get your warm-up done first.

One Round: No rest between exercises
Jumping Jacks- 15
Prisoner Squats- 10
Incline Push-ups- 10
Squat Jumps- 10
Arm Circles- 20 seconds
Wall Sit- 20 seconds

You are now 5 days deep into this Challenge and I want you to know that EVERYTHING you do RIGHT NOW counts.

So, if you are one of the people actually making it through this, then you’re definitely dedicated, but don’t let yourself get down or feel like you can just take a day off.

You made a commitment, so stick with it, finish it and be proud of the work you are doing.

Great job today and I will see you tomorrow for Challenge 6.

If you are completing these challenges then go share how it went for you on my Facebook page.

Talk soon,

Trevor-
