GFA 30 Day Challenge: Day 26

Day 26Hey There!

 

I imagine it’s probably pretty tough to sit today, so we will spend some extra time on your upper body with this challenge!

 

Which brings me to Challenge 26: The Push-ups Challenge!

 

Yes there will still be some leg stuff in there but it’s definitely not as bad as yesterday.

 

So, let’s get to work so we can prepare for the upper body soreness!

 

Get to your Warm-up!

 

I decided to allow you to still have the warm-up list today, your welcome!

 

One Round: No rest between exercises
Jumping Jacks- 15
Prisoner Squats- 10
Incline Push-ups- 10
Squat Jumps- 10
Arm Circles- 20 seconds
Wall Sit- 20 seconds

The Push-ups Challenge:

Today you’ll have 4 groups of exercises, and each has it’s own push-up variation for you to do along with another opposing muscle group exercise!

 

Group 1: 4 rounds, 15 seconds rest between exercises, 30 seconds rest between rounds.

-Wall Sits: 20 Seconds

-Push-ups: 12 reps

-REST: 30 seconds (repeat 3 more times then move to group 2)

 

Group 2: 4 rounds, 15 seconds rest between exercises, 30 seconds rest between rounds.

-Glute Bridges: 15-20 Reps

-Pike Push-ups: 12 reps

-REST: 30 seconds (repeat 3 more times then move to group 3)

 

Group 3: 3 rounds, 15 seconds rest between exercises, 30 seconds rest between rounds.

-Reverse Lunges:  10 reps PER leg

-Push-up Planks: 45 seconds

-REST: 30 seconds (repeat 3 more times then move to group 4)

 

Group 4: 3 rounds, 15 seconds rest between exercises, 30 seconds rest between rounds.

-Scissor Kicks: 30 seconds

-Up-Downs: 10 reps

-REST: 30 seconds (repeat 3 more times then you’re done!)

And there’s your counter to a big squat day yesterday! Now don’t be surprised if you can’t put a shirt on tomorrow, or be able to wash your hair.
