You survived the 60 seconds challenge, which means you ABSOLUTELY deserve your rest day.


So, Challenge 24 is your Core Work and Active Rest Challenge today.


After today we’re closing in on the end of the 30 Day Fitness Challenge real fast so make sure you keep up the hard work and pushing yourself to the next level.

Now, let’s get to work so you can enjoy your “Rest Day”


It’s time to do that thing where we warm up a bit before the REAL work…


WARM UP PLAYLIST LINK (ya know, if you ACTUALLY need it)


One Round: No rest between exercises
Jumping Jacks- 15
Prisoner Squats- 10
Incline Push-ups- 10
Squat Jumps- 10
Arm Circles- 20 seconds
Wall Sit- 20 seconds


Core and Active Rest Challenge:


Light Cardio for 40 minutes (walk, jog, elliptical, rower, stationary or REAL bike)


Core Work: Do 4 Rounds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, and rest for 30 seconds between rounds

Rocking Planks: 45 seconds

-REST: 20 seconds

Russian Twists: 45 seconds

-REST: 20 seconds

Bird Dogs: 10 reps PER side

-REST: 20 seconds

Side Planks: 20 seconds PER side

-REST: 20 seconds

Leg Raises: 12-15 reps

-REST: 30 seconds then repeat 3 more rounds




There ya go, our LAST core day. The end of the Challenge is coming quick so keep up the hard work and be proud that you put in TONS of awesome work.
