Unfortunately, exercise is not always easy or fun. Sometimes it’s just work. And sometimes it’s just hard. Those are the days where it’s most important to JUST DO SOMETHING.
It’s easy to say things are getting tough and make excuses to not workout or eat well. It’s hard to dig in, get the work done and persevere through the pain.
